The McCormick 353 is a compact utility tractor produced by International Harvester in the late 1960s to early 1970s, typically equipped with a 3-cylinder, 2.5-liter diesel engine delivering around 38–40 horsepower at the PTO. It features an 8-speed manual transmission (8 forward, 2 reverse), a 540 RPM rear PTO, and a Category I or II 3-point linkage. The tractor uses a liquid-cooled engine and has a reliable hydraulic system suitable for various farming tasks such as plowing, mowing, and loader work.
