Hello, I’m offering my second map, Nietwerder, for download. Nietwerder is located in the beautiful Oberprignitz region and is a neighboring town of Neuruppin, Gildenhall, and Alt Ruppin. A small part of the Lindenzentrum area is also included. The elevation model and roads are based on the real-world model. I didn’t create the fields according to the real-world model because otherwise there would only be ten fields on the map. There are 51 fields, a farm divided into four sections, and six additional pastures that you can purchase. The Wuthenow biogas plant is also included, but not in its correct location, as it would otherwise no longer be on the map. There is no sawmill, and the forests cannot be bought or felled, as the original area focuses primarily on cattle farming and electricity production. The farm is divided into four parts. The first part includes the farmhouse, three vehicle sheds, a bale storage shed, a vegetable garden, a silo for drying and ensiling grass (requires diesel), free-range chickens, and the farm dog. The second part includes another vehicle shed, a cow barn, and a silo for storing your harvest. The third part includes a vehicle shed, a workshop, a fuel station, two additional bale and pallet storage areas, a small drive-through silo, and a multi-production facility where you can produce diesel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, liquid fertilizer, herbicides, compost, mineral feed, TMR, and pig feed. The fourth part includes four additional cow barns. Scattered across the map are two more cow barns, two sheep/goat pastures, two chicken coops, a pigsty, and a horse stable. Almost all sales points and production facilities are equipped with gates displaying their opening hours. Pay attention to the signs at the production facilities and sales points, otherwise you might find yourself standing in front of locked doors. The train on the map is currently just for decoration due to ongoing issues with the drivingRanch. Until I resolve these, the train will continue to run through the map as decoration. The train silo is currently functioning as both a sales station and a shopping station. All production facilities, except for the high-bay silo and the multi-production facility, require electricity to operate.
For those using AD (Advanced Navigation), AD routes are embedded in the map and will load automatically the first time you launch it. If you are asked whether AD should calculate routes, click NO; then the routes I have recorded will be available.
