Fuel Delivery Business — Build Your Own Fuel Hauling Company
Run your own diesel delivery business in Farming Simulator 25. Buy fuel from your refinery depot, haul it to customers, and manage delivery requests, invoices and payments through an in-game email system.
Buy and haul diesel
Purchase the refinery depot for $0, then buy wholesale diesel to fill your tanker. Wholesale prices change each month with seasonal demand, giving you the opportunity to buy when prices are lower. The current price per litre appears on screen while loading and on the depot’s fuel signs.
Operate the refinery’s tank outlet valves to supply the loading bay. Keep an eye on tank levels and use the emergency shutoff when needed.
Receive customer orders
Customers send delivery requests to your business mailbox as their fuel supplies run low. Accept a request, follow the delivery waypoint, and unload diesel from your tanker. You can complete deliveries across multiple loads, with progress saved between sessions.
Set your own selling price
Once a delivery is complete, open Email > Invoices, select the completed delivery, and enter your company’s price per litre. Create the invoice to bill the customer for the amount delivered.
Customers have seven game days to pay. Some pay the same day, others pay during the week or on the due date. A small number may pay late. Overdue invoices generate a notice, and you can send a payment reminder through the mailbox. Payment receipts arrive when the money reaches your farm.
Choose your depot branding
Every depot starts with a BP sign. Use R at the gatehouse with the default keyboard controls to switch between BP and Shell/OTR. Both signs display the current wholesale diesel price and light up at night. Other displayed products show 0.00 and are not supplied by the depot.
Please note
The depot is free to purchase, but fuel purchases and daily upkeep still cost money. This mod is currently a single-player work in progress.

Fuel prices
Added a price-per-litre display at the top of the screen when buying diesel.
Wholesale prices now change each month using a seasonal demand curve.
Diesel prices on the fuel signs update to match the depot’s buying price.
Working fuel signs
BP is now the default sign, with no empty sign option.
Press R at the gatehouse to cycle between BP and Shell/OTR.
Added live price displays to both sides of the signs.
Unleaded and AdBlue keep their names and display 0.00.
Added automatic nighttime lighting.
Invoices and customer payments
Fixed an error affecting entry of your own price per litre.
Customers now pay at different times: the same day, during the week, or on the seventh-day due date.
Added a 5% chance of customers paying late.
Overdue invoices generate a mailbox notice and offer a Send reminder button.
Payment schedules are saved, so reloading does not change them.

Reduced the fuel depot purchase price from $250,000 to $0
