A small mod to extend the displays.

Extends the Info Hud displays of
– silos
– Productions
– animal sheeds
– Manure heaps
– trees
– Vehicles and attachments
– Field growth
– Factories and event buildings
– Adds units of numbers where possible as not everything is in litres.

– Fix for patch 1.6 error lua error
– Missions with weed whackers are now generated
– Added translations for IT and UK
– Lua error fixed for vehicles that do not have a shop category
– Integrated and external manure storage of cowsheds is now also displayed
